Facility Management

Many of our clients rely on our facility maintenance to help them service their locations.

The Loberg Service Team is responsible for receiving a request for service and dispatching the proper contractor to complete repairs. They follow up on completed work orders, process and pay the subcontractor’s invoice, and then bill the client for service tickets. Our satisfied customers include ATI Physical Therapy, Orange Theory Fitness, Smart Pain Management, and numerous landlord clients.
