Maria Lobo-Corey

Maria is our controller and brings over 30 years of construction accounting experience to the company.  Maria is responsible for overseeing and directing the company’s accounting functions, ensures the accuracy of financial statements and reporting, maintains the accounting software, and manages the accounting team.  Throughout her career, she has been involved in the cost accounting of a variety of projects ranging from ground up, tenant improvements, gut rehabilitations, and masonry restoration/conservation.
